Pricing
- All prices are in Euro (€) and exclude VAT at the applicable rate
- This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date above
- Pricing is fixed for the initial 12-month term (or 6-month trial)
- No mark-ups on any third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.)
Payment & Commitment
- Annual billing: invoiced at the start of the 12-month term
- 6-month trial: invoiced at the start of the trial period
- Payment due within 15 days of invoice
- Renewal is subject to mutual agreement and any price adjustments
Scope & Delivery
- Domain name (optika.com.mt) remains your property at all times
- Full backup export available on request — you always have your site
- Content provided by Optika (product photos, copy) — we'll guide you on what's needed
- Major new features beyond the agreed scope quoted separately
